Alex graduated with 700 massage hours from The Sedona School of Massage in Sedona, Arizona, in 2017. His interest in massage began after experiencing significant improvement physically, emotionally and in his overall quality of life from regular massage sessions for issues related to sitting at a desk all day. A former Geoscientist, he left his career to travel internationally to several communities with wellness and spiritually-oriented programs centered around meditation, breathwork and yoga, piquing his interest in holistic healing methods. He chose massage as his wellness modality to study in order to help others experience the level of healing he had. He specializes in Deep Tissue Massage, Trigger Point Massage, Swedish Massage, and Polarity Therapy.
Alex aims to help his clients embody the experience of wellness. His practice is rooted in awareness and intention through touch, as he has found these to be vital to good massage. Massage returns awareness and sensation to areas that may have previously been blocked or consciously unavailable. Alex says, “this experience is, naturally, quite wonderful and highly therapeutic for body, mind, and spirit.”
Alex is new to the Boulder area and enjoys being outdoors and deepening his knowledge of achieving wellness both for himself and others. He brings a patient, grounded, and kind energy to his interactions and massages, ensuring a revitalizing and refreshing healing experience for his clients.
