Private Meditation Instruction
Personalized meditation instruction is an efficient way to develop a personal relationship with your meditation practice. Our instructors will work with you to help you deepen your practice, based out of curiosity and interest, rather than duty or obligation. Private Yoga Instruction

It is a great way prevent repetitive stress injuries, fight stress and stay in shape, but most people have specific goals in mind when they begin a yoga practice.
Our private yoga instructors are here to help you build a personal practice tailored to your body and your life. All sessions are designed to both challenge and rejuvenate your body. A private yoga session is the perfect way to get personalized answers about alignment, and our instructors will recommend specific postures to help you achieve your personal goals. Whether you are intent on developing strength and/or flexibility, combatting chronic pain, or rehabilitating an injury, we will help you find the right poses to get you there. One or two private sessions can quickly address your questions and problem areas and get you back into your private or led practice. Whether you are just beginning or have an advanced practice, a private session can help you deepen and expedite your practice.
Additionally, all of our private yoga instructors are qualified to help you deepen your understanding of yogic philosophy and ayurvedic health principles. In addition to building your physical practice, our instructors will help you deepen your spiritual practice of yoga and get you on the road towards healthier living.
