- Providing the highest quality massage and healing treatments
Oftentimes the people who are most in need of touch and support are the least likely to seek it out for themselves. Rachel has a particular knack and passion for helping her clients navigate their own healing on all levels. CBW provides a warm, welcoming and comfortable environment with professional and friendly therapists to help people achieve freedom from physical pain.
- Guiding clients in living satisfied and authentic lives
CBW therapists are experts at utilizing the right combination of techniques and skills to address individual needs. CBW seeks to provide both physical healing and emotional healing with its unique consultative approach and deep listening. CBW therapists spend 15 mins before each session for examination and consultation to understand individual customer needs as well as offer them tangible wellness tips to apply at home.
- Creating a safe supportive workplace for women to flourish professionally
Rachel founded CBW as a mutually supportive, inclusive and harassment-free work environment for women in the healing arts. Her mission was to create a space for female practitioners to develop their skills, build a career, be inspired, and thrive in the profession that they love.
Rachel provides continued support and education to her employees with a good compensation package. She continually learns new modalities and techniques and shares these with her therapists to help them grow. Rachel encourages her employees to take care of themselves because she respects each of them, because of this; CBW offers low cost massage for employees. This provides employees with an opportunity to practice and learn from each other. In this way, Rachel views her therapists like family.
Happy employees make happy customers!
